Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my package?
Delivery time is 2-4 days after purchase in Denmark.
If you have pre-ordered an item, the package will be sent to you as soon as the item is in stock.
Where is my package?
When your order is shipped you will automatically receive a confirmation with tracking number. You can then follow your package.
I typed the wrong address, what should I do?
If you have been unlucky enough to write the wrong address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 49400442 or info@maroskan.com
If the item has been shipped, the error cannot be corrected in time.
I would like to return, how do I do this?
You can find a link to the return portal right here or at the bottom of the webshop. The return costs DKK 39 which will be deducted from the return amount before it is sent back to you. Maroskan strives to send the money back the same day as the returned goods are received by us.
I still haven't received my package, what should I do?
If you haven't received your package one week after purchase, one of the following has happened:
- You may have forgotten to pick up the package at the post office (in which case the package will be returned to us) In such cases, we charge shipping and handling fees of min. 79 kr.
- You may have entered the wrong address (in which case the package will be returned to us) In such cases, we charge a shipping and handling fee of min. 79 kr.
- Or any other reason. Send us an email at info@maroskan.com or call us at 49400442 and we will try to solve the problem.
Is it possible to see the products before I buy them?
You are always welcome to visit our warehouse and see your favorites. I'm also happy to hold video consultations where I can show you the products. Finally, it is also possible to borrow carpets etc. to take home with you if you want to try out different options before you decide.
Why is there often only one product in each color/design?
All Maroskan products are unique or come in "limited edition". This means that there is often only one variant in each color/pattern/design, for example the popular cactus silk pillowcases. I am happy to advise on color and style matches.
Does Maroskan also have a physical store?
Maroskan is exclusively a webshop, but I am happy to show the products in my warehouse. Please call or write so we can make an appointment.
